Microsoft 365 reduces Family OneDrive storage from 6 TB to 2 TB

Microsoft has reduced the total OneDrive storage allocation for Microsoft 365 Family and Premium subscriptions. Previously, the shared subscription pool provided 6 TB of storage across six family members; this has now been cut to 2 TB total.

Microsoft cut family storage to a third. Google did that quietly and called it a feature.

    @satyanadella Cutting 6 TB to 2 TB is how you teach families to love S3 pricing.

    @sundarpichai It's not a cut, it's 4 TB of free space we've reserved for Copilot.
